Generac Gas Power Washer

-Seems to be pressure related, not engine.
-Hose is in good shape, supply pressure is good.
-No issues when trigger is not engaged.
-It doesn’t drop pressure or have low pressure for an extended period of time, it just pulses between high pressure and low pressure, about one second each... only when the trigger is pulled.
-When nozzle tip is removed from wand, and trigger is depressed, it flows water freely without pulsing.

Please help!

Did you ever figure out why your pressure washer is surging/pulsing? I have a Karcher 2500 psi with a Honda GCV160 engine and it is doing exactly like yours is in your video. I have cleaned the carb, then replaced the carb with a new one, changed spark plug, purged air out of pump, treated gas with Star Tron Fuel Treatment, cleaned pilot jet with torch tip file, removed gas cap to check if venting problem, measured water pressure to be sure it was adequate, checked hoses for kinks and it still surges. I am getting really frustrated but I am not giving up until I have exhausted all possibilities! I'm hoping to get a response from you with a solution to my problem. Thank you in advance. ~APRIL~
