Wanted some feedback on what i decided to do on my propane hose for Generator. Yes, i want the easy button. Didnt wat to crack nuts loose to bleed air from line when used, so i came up with this contraption. The Duromax 11000iH came factory with a 1/2 Male quick connect installed on the machine. Basically a brass Tee with a propane tank manual air bleed valve on the top of Tee. Quick twist of the small valve to bleed and tighten back. Do you guys see any drawbacks or possible negatives the way i have it? Thanks.

I’m not sure you even need that, all my generators are dual or tri-fuel and I never need to bleed off any air in the hoses. They crank a few seconds longer that’s all.
How long is the hose?
15ft with 1/2 ID, lil larger than stadard smaller hoses. I tried it without bleeding 1st, it went through 6 attempts and i stopped and bled for 1 minute 15 secs..fired right up. the port on this tank bleeder valve is fairly small, but i would rather bleed for a minute or so, thank work my starter 20 times, lol.

I use a 1 inch hose 30 ft long to my Honda EU6500is and only have to prime at the diaphragm for about 10 seconds.
I imagine that if I just waited a bit, I wouldn't have to even do that.
I see no downside to your setup as long as it doesn't leak.
NMy only concern was the bleeder, but it is rated for propane tanks, where vibration is present also. I'll keep a check often when in use until my mind is satisfied. This Duro XP11000ih comes factory with Male quick connect, and Duro tech informed me changing that fitting would void warranty, and Any attachments should be on my supplied hose.. At least this way, its a tool free result.
