Westinghouse WPro 8500. It turns over, fires up, and then the RPMs instantly rev way up, and it shuts off. It was delivered this way, brand new, two years ago.
Setting aside the potential return/warranty thing (that's a whole 'nuther issue š¾) any ideas as to where I should start troubleshooting? Seems likely that some kind of RPM safety device is detecting the over-rev and shutting it off, but why is it over-reving in the first place?
