I own a Dewalt 3100 DP3100 Pressure washer that surprise doesn't make pressure. There is water coming out of the Unloader valve Torx hole. When I removed the valve, there is a rusty spring on top of a plunger that passes through the unit to a fatter head that blocks the bypass port. That plunger does not come apart. I am imagining there is a seal or oring in there that is letting the water passed keeping the unit from building pressure. Of coarse it is discontinued and when I emailed dewalt to see if there was another unloader valve from a different unit that would work in the 3100, they emailed me back that "No, there isn't a replacement available for your compressor"
Maybe someone has an idea or knows of a similar one? I owned the unit from new and was well cared for and used maybe 2-3 time's a year.
