make sure what pressures are on the campers grill port.
some are setup for vapor and some are setup for liquid.
you can look at the grill and see if it has any regulators built in to the grill connections.

and you might not have enough flow off the grill port as most camper grills are under 50k btu.
unless it is liquid.
