Yeah the 1st pic label says Factory Tested for 120/240 single phase.
I might be inclined to clean it up and then possibly sell it especially if further research suggests repair parts are hard to come by. It does look to be something of a beast, and also maybe not a weatherproof enclosure? Hard to tell from the pics.
