Hi, I recently purchased my first chainsaw a couple of days ago & whilst I was putting it together from out of the box, I noticed as I was adjusting the tensioner to fit into the hole of the drive bar (re: instructions) I felt a 'skipping' sensation, like a cog with a damaged tooth. Upon use on a pine tree, the chain became so loose that it could be completely removed from the bar, the tension screw however seemed to spin on the spot, rather than loosen or tighten the chain. What should I do?

It's a Rok 2-Stroke 25cc 30cm (12") Chainsaw with an Oregon Bar & Chain.
