is it male boss?
male boss uses o ring
npt pipe thread uses tape or just sealer
let me know i can get you a link
or snap a pix of the pump connection

Both side are male. The threaded side has O ring. Yes, the pump surface seem large to mate with female thread.
Will have to go out there to take pic, if possible. Will use tape to seal the thread better anyway.

Just trying to replace the current leaking adapter unit.
Cannot find where to get such large G1.75" adapter.

My guess the pump is probably made in China. Not sure.
Just need to replace adapter hose. The pump seems working fine. Both the adapter & hose was damaged.
Tried Grainger, HomeDepot & Lowe's. Strange, search in Google, found none at 1-3/4" MNPT size. The size jump from 1-1/2" to 2".

We just used a caliber, the exact outside diameter of the thread is 1.84 inches.
Will this make this 1-1/2" MNPT thread? Will the O ring size also 1.5" too?
