I really did, unfortunately the price point of the two models I was interested in (CS4910 and/or CS501P) are both out of reach for me and just not in my budget. I ended up ordering an overseas model from Amazon at an incredible offering (for Canada anyway). It should be here early this week.

In the meantime, (my willpower sucks)...I was in my local hardware store Friday, lo & behold they had a 52cc model with 20" bar on for $159. I know the Radley name brand doesnt mean much, but so far I've been having great luck with their inexpensive offerings.
Way too much snow here to even attempt going in the bush so I've been doing many heat cycles with it for break-in. Seems to run strong. Has an adjustable oiler along with a side chain adjuster. I'm not big on primers for a saw, but what can you do...

The chain oiler really puts it out there, almost too much IMO. 6 settings total.

I did remove the clutch to check on the roller bearing. Glad I did as it was quite dry. Now its not.

My recent Amazon overseas saw order came in late yesterday afternoon. As per usual I'll be giving it a good go-over later this morning before firing it up and doing a whack of heat cycles. I've put a tank thru the Radley at 40-1, it's all set for my regular pre-mix of 50-1. (Just as an FYI, whether 2 or 4 stroke we all have our favorite oils, I only use Opti-2 for anything 2 stroke in my possesion).
