Howdy all,
Can I put a Full Comp & Chisel Chain on a Jobmate 37cc chainsaw with a 16" bar? Asking because I got it from my local hardware store in Auckland,New Zealand for some rough stuff and I don't like the skip-tooth chain it came with.

37 cc is maybe around 2 hp / 1.47 kw, maybe a bit more.
That power range would generally indicate a 14-to-16 inch bar running 1/4" pitch low profile chain, such as the Oregon 91vxl semi-chisel (chain is full comp, by the way). The 91vxl cuts better than you'd think by looking at it's tiny profile...

However, if the saw makes 2.5 hp / 2+ kw or so then you have enough power to try the next larger pitch, which is. 325. This can be bought low kickback type (which tends to reduce the power requirement without sacrificing too much cutting efficiency), comes in semi- and full chisel, and is usually found only in full comp.

Remember... Both the bar and drive sprockets must be matched to the type and size of your chain.
