Bought this at a auction. It has sat for a while
At first it would build up to much pressure and trip the breaker. I removed the unloader and took it apart and cleaned it up a bit .The ball bearing was stuck.
After putting it back together I am getting no pressure.
Any thoughts?

here is a link for the operator manual in case you do not have it

check the assy or the unloader parts..
the screw adjustment can be out of range.. as in set to all off or screwed in to max psi...
it all depends on the pump pressure...
do you have a 7000 psi pressure gauge?
remove the pressure hose and connect the gauge direct with a t dump valve for the pressure.
or just t in the gauge.
set the pressure with the fine pin point spray nozzle.
it all depends on what you are washing to the psi you need.
i like 3000 to 4000 psi. unless i am steam cleaning down to bare metal.

i like to free flow water to prime the system with out a spray tip or use the black tip to prime.

there are parts in the pump that can be gunked up as well..
check the screen for the water feed as well for junk.
free flow the system with the engine off as well as on
see if the unit will free flow.
