There may be a way to turn it on. If you are really really curious I can look your number up in the control panel wont even take a second.

I get it on the bottom left of firefox where it usually says "done" until you hover a link.

I use Firefox and don't have anything that say done?
I see it now, changed to auto hide the Task bar.
