I can't find information anywhere and figured I would ask y'all. I have a Honda IGX800 belt drive pressure washer. Is that engine supposed to automatically idle down when not under load? I completely removed the drive belt as a test, and it is still at full RPM at all times. I have seen videos where engine goes to idle when off trigger. Do you know what may be causing this? Thank you

I have the manual, and it doesn't specify anything about how to make this happen... just that it is possible.
