i have a P2 4 cycle craftsman weed eater and im trying to put a new start pull chord in it. im stuck @ the metal plate thing that goes over the clutch. i put the string into the piston area to prevent it from moving. watched some videos and most other craftsmans need a Torx 25, i tried that its not working, i tried every possible alan wrench. i just watched a Toro repair and his was a torx 15, before i go buy anymore of these, do you guys know what torx my weedeater needs?

any help will be greatly appreciated

Do you have a Harbor Freight close? That is one of the type tools I will purchase from HF. A complete set that adapts to a ¼” drive for 3.00 (3.99 reg price) with a lifetime Warr.. They have worked very good.

You may want to consider the T handle type of Torx drivers as well as the Allen style of T handles if you are going to work on your small engines !
