I see we can upload from our home Computer but I have pictures on Tinypic and Photobucket that I would like to put in the Gallery and I don't see a option to be able to load them from off the Web? Maybe I am missing it?

Can you open them on the web, then temporarily save to your desktop and upload from there?

Unfortunately it will only allow you to upload them directly.
