anybody lift weights or any other type of exercise. i joined a gym for a free trial and now i'm motivated to get in shape so i decided to make use of the weight set that i have thats been collecting dust for awhile. i'm proud to say that i can bench 200 at the moment but situps are a pain when your gut gets in the way and now i'm sore all over

at work i lift 50+ lb cases of paper LOL

other than that lifting the remote

i would go to a gym if i had a friend that would go with
