Hi all, my house has a 50 amp inlet. My generator is a Predator 9500 watt max starting, 7600 watt running with a 240/30 amp output.

my question is what plug/adapter should I use
To plug my 30 amp power cord into my 50 amp inlet on the house? I see many choices online look like they’ll work, but they are described as RV plugs. Should I be worried about the max watt ratings of the plug/adapter? If yes, I cannot find a plug/adapter that is rated for 9500 watts.

i would look in to a mod for the generator socket.
see if you could upgrade the socket to a 50 amp twistlock
pm if you need links i use on the eu7000i honda gens.
the 50 amp socket runs cooler on extended runs as well as the larger 6-4 wire runs cool as well.
