I have a toro 2550 power washer. Oil pours out of the air filter when running. There is a pencil size hole in the breather below the carb where it comes from. Also my oil is getting thinned badly. Either water or gas in it. Can't really tell. Any ideas?

1. Please post two close picture showing where the oil is coming out and a sample of the oil.

2. My guesses will be possibly engine blow-by and carb flooding.

3. Is the engine running with good power and no oil blowing out the muffler?

4. Have you checked the engine’s compression and what blows out the plug’s hole cranking mode??

5. Is the carb leakng gas as if it has a bad diaphragm or float causing flooding?

6.If gas is in the oil, it will mix well and smell like gas, fresh water should separate.
