Just got in a troy bilt cs 4210 chipper. Has the 10 hp Briggs and Stratton ohv intek engine. It is very hard to pull over and oil is pouring out near the pull start. Just thought I would ask to see if anyone has any ideas whats wrong before I take it apart. thanks in advance.
Diagnosis revealed bad oil seal on flywheel side of crank, blown head gasket, and rusted shaft on the chipper drum. Replaced parts and cleaned up drum. runs great.
